SDG-BASED Online Workshop Advances SDG-Inspired Rating System for PEDs

On the 28 October 2025, the SDG-BASED project hosted an online workshop within the framework of WP2, funded under the CETPartnership. The event brought together European stakeholders from the public, private, and academic sectors to validate an innovative rating system inspired by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for application in Positive Energy Districts (PEDs).

The workshop was structured as a series of interactive sessions designed to gather both qualitative and quantitative feedback. Participants contributed to identifying thematic priorities and discussing the enabling conditions for the future implementation of the SDG-BASED framework.

The insights collected will directly support the refinement of the project’s core output — the SDG-based rating system — strengthening its usability, transferability, and alignment with local decision-making needs across Europe.
